Shipping Policy


We offer free shipping worldwide except for war areas. The shipping times vary from country to country and the size of the order, generally from 5 to 30 business days after the order was placed. However, for remote areas, it may take longer times. 


If you would like to pay for a faster delivery service to get your product sooner, please contact us before you proceed with payment.

  • Generally, your orders would be shipped within 48 hours of your purchase. However, please understand that on national holidays and weekends it may take longer times, and we promise to process it as soon as we can. 


  • Handmade and customized products, however, would need more time to produce and prepare. Exact times varied and are noted on related products' pages. 

About Duties/Fees and Taxes


Some countries and areas might charge taxes, customs, and duty charges to certain products, which are imposed by your local government. Therefore, we cannot refund customers these charges. 




Return Policy


We highly recommend customers check the size, color, and material of products before placing orders, and to make sure to provide us the right delivery addresses. 


  • We offer free returns within 7 days after your product arrives. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.


  • To return an item, please firstly contact our customer service to make sure your product is returnable, and for us to discover the cause for your dissatisfaction, and hopefully resolve it without going through return. 


  • Please understand, customized and discounted items are final and CANNOT be returned or exchanged.


  • Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges and taxes. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 


  • After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Usually, it takes 5-25 business days, varying with different banks, for buyers to receive the refund after the refund is successfully processed. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
